This companion is generated from a whole-book location index of the user-supplied 2014 expanded edition. Its 212 places carry 333 print-page-linked mentions spanning the Introduction, all 18 chapters, and the Epilogue. The shaded Kingsbury Run corridor is interpretive: the Run was a watershed and ravine, not a legally surveyed neighborhood.

Street intersections are anchored to modern geocoding. Altered streets, culverts, rail construction, and urban renewal mean some 1930s locations can only be approximate.

Book text is summarized rather than reproduced. Page citations follow embedded print-page anchors in the 2014 expanded edition. Claim labels distinguish established record from recollection, allegation, investigator hypothesis, and the author’s reconstruction.
